New student guide
if you are new to our studio, please see the instructions below...
New students should register on Mindbody
We do not have a front desk for check in, so whether you are taking a virtual class or an in-studio class, we request that you make a profile online with our studio on MindBody
*this helps our instructors greatly since they have to verify attendance for all participants just before class as well as greet all students and prepare for the class.
**if you show up late and have not signed in, you must wait until after class to talk to the instructor so they can help you make a profile and sign our waiver
***for virtual classes, this is the only way to ensure you receive the Zoom link to join virtually
Follow steps below (can do on mobile device or computer)

2) Navigate to top right corner to "create an account"

3) Follow prompts to create account by entering a valid email address (you can sign in with Facebook if you prefer)
a. if you have been to the studio before, you can attempt to sign in by clicking "Need new password"

4) Once you have created an account you can purchase a single class or package by viewing our online store
a. Click on the services tab and use the drop down menu next to "What kind of series or Membership would you like" to navigate to
Virtual & In studio classes where you can purchase 5, 10 or unlimited All Access packages
b. Single passes can also be purchased by using the drop down menu to view different packages (i.e. Zumba virtual, in person studio
classes or Special events)

5) You can sign up for a class by navigating to the classes tab
a. Make sure you confirm which date you want to sign up for. You can navigate to "today" by clicking "Today" (blue button)
- you can change the view to see the next day or move forward to the next week or type in a date
b. The schedule shows the class start time, type of class and instructor (even if there is a sub)
- make sure you sign up for the right class; there are VIRTUAL and in-person classes and they are clearly marked as such
- pre-recorded classes are listed on the schedule but you can't sign up for it on this platform

- if you have classes on your account (i.e. 10 class All Access or unlim month pass) then it signs you up for the class using that pass
